Mr. A.N. Raman

Mr. A.N. Raman was the President of South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) for the year 2011. Mr. Raman has worked extensively in the field of management accounting–writing and speaking avidly on topics relating to management accounting, enterprise governance, and cost management. He currently works as a consultant on management accounting topics with a focus on activity-based costing and target costing in India. He is a founding member of the Total Cost Management (TCM) Division of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).Furthermore, Mr. Raman was the first Chairman of the Professional Accountants in Business Committee at the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).

In addition, he is also a member of PAIB Committee of IFAC. Mr. Raman is a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.
