Mr. ASM Nayeem, ICAB

Mr. Nayeem is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He qualified in 1980 and is presently a Partner of ACNABIN Chartered Accountants (an Independent member firm of Baker Tilly International).

Mr. Nayeem is the Past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and a Council Member of ICAB since 1998. He has been on the Board of a number private and joint venture companies in Bangladesh. He is a former Director of Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd., Republic Insurance Company Ltd., Sonali Bank Ltd. and Agrani Bank Ltd. He is also a former Chairman of Bangladesh Shipping Agents Association and Port Users Forum of Bangladesh.
